Why hello! Gabe Scott here, coming to you straight from sunny Southern California! Being native-born with wanderlust that has taken me to distant places, I can honestly tell you that Southern California is one of a kind. There is no place like it. The beach, mountains, and major cities are just a drive away. Call me biased, but I love it here. Once I find out what you value most, what exactly you are looking for, and where you want to be, I’m confident that you will love having a home here too!

Here at the Youngmark Group, I strive to advocate for my clients by being a strong, trustworthy, and competent agent. Graduating from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice, and working in the legal field for over 10 years, has allowed me ample time to fine-tune my attention to detail and instruction. This provides my clients with the best possible customer service available. As a buyer’s agent, I will attend to what you want in a home, will provide precision detail in writing up an offer, and lastly, will communicate it purposefully and effectively to get you the home of your dreams. Currently, I’m combining my love of real estate and law by holding the position of Co-Chair for the Orange County Paralegal Association’s Real Estate Section. With constant market and legal changes, continuing education is by far one of the best things you could ask for in an agent. With ongoing classes offered through the OCPA Real Estate Section meetings, I make this a priority for my clients.

My drive to serve my clients comes from years of being involved in my community. Growing up in Corona, CA, and Orange County, I have always been involved with the community. Whether I was dancing at a local dance studio, assisting at the soup kitchen, cheering on my local high school, being an ASB Publicity officer, holding blood drives, helping with adult night classes, coordinating family fun days at the park, or other family-oriented services, social involvement has always played a big part in my life. Here at the Youngmark Group, things are no different. We prefer to treat our clients and neighbors like family and hold different community events throughout the year. Last year we held community garage sales and holiday donation drives for Toys for Tots and the Rescue Mission of Orange County. Buying and selling homes is part of our work, but we also want to create lasting communities that people can rely on and thrive in.
