I have had the pleasure of working with Andy Youngmark twice---back in 2010 when I bought my condo and most recently in 2021, when I sold it. He handled both transactions flawlessly and made sure all my bases were covered. He also sold my brother's condo just before selling mine and both of us received above asking prices. Ryan went above and beyond for us during the intense struggle that is finding a rental house. For weeks, he would send us multiple properties to check out and he was very quick to respond when we found one we liked. He was very tactful and prominent when setting up showings of properties, and worked hard to negotiate with the landlords. I cannot stress the negotiating bit. The property we eventually decided on straight-up was going to overcharge us for the security deposit but Ryan was able to quickly discover and resolve the issue along with many more. Andy is very trustworthy and responsive. From day one, Andy responded to all of my calls, emails, and texts. He kept me informed on a daily basis of everything I needed to know about the market, homes, and costs. Buying a home in a tight market can be very stressful, but Andy was able to keep me calm by keeping me informed. Andy is the best agent you can ask for.
