Own a piece of history from the roaring 20s in the historic Lafayette building in downtown East Village in Long Beach. Shops, restaurants, and museums will surround you, and very close to the Aquarium of the Pacific, the Convention Center, as well as the fantastic beach. East Village hosts occasional local events that showcase the local stores, restaurants, and artisans. This condo offers one separate bedroom large enough to fit a king-size bed with a full-size closet comfortably. The one bath features an updated tub with an Artisan concrete-look custom-crafted finish with a textured stone-inspired surface, offering a refined industrial aesthetic and modern spa ambiance. The rest of the condo is an open floor plan of the kitchen and living room that gets tons of natural light from the large casement windows. Freshly painted throughout. The building consists of 7 social areas: the grand lobby, library, BBQ area, gym, game room, sitting room with a view, outdoor meeting area, and a solarium on the 11th floor! The solarium overlooks the LA basin and the ocean. Geronimo is a kind front desk building manager who will help you out with your questions and needs. Everywhere you look, there are classic Art Deco and Gothic details. Great location, class, style, sophistication, with tons of outdoor activities just waiting for you.
